Good eye-catching poster! In your rubric you mention including wording that invites the entire student body. I wonder, are you open to even beginning or inexperienced actors, gymnasts, etc? If so, consider expressing this somehow, because just stating, "searching for actors, etc." may make individuals feel like they need to have experience. Also consider including info about what they'd need for the audition (monologue, cold reads, etc.).
